CREATE A HIGH VIBE / LOW VIBE LIST One of my favorite things to do when I need to realign my energy is to make a high vibe and low vibe list. Physically writing down the things that give me energy vs. the things that drain me helps me clearly see the action steps I need to take to feel good now. You can make this experience extra special by choosing an ideal environment that supports you. For example, a few days ago, I decided to charge my energy by making my lists. I took a shower, spritzed myself with my favorite perfume, and chose an outfit I felt fabulous in. I brought my Brahmin agenda and a gold pen rather than using my phone to jot down my thoughts. I had a glass of champagne and sat by candlelight as I made my lists. The entire experience felt intentional and luxurious.
